First, print out the valentines on cardstock. There are four cards per page in four different colors: red, yellow, blue, and green. Print out enough valentines for the class, then cut out each valentine around the outer border using scissors. Since these valentines are a simple rectangle, your kids can even help cut them out.

Bubbles. Card stock paper. Twine. Scissors. Hole punch. You'll print the valentines out using the card stock paper, cut them out and write out the names. Then using the hole punch, punch a hole in the top corner. Using the twine, you'll tie the valentine to the bottle of bubbles. Things have sure changed since I was a little girl.
